Why Some People Need To Stop Flexing

Stop Flexing Like You Got It

Nowadays I see people flexing, and I don’t mean muscles. I’m talking about flexing money or materialistic things. I don’t have anything against people flexing, we all do it sometimes, but if you don’t have it like that, you shouldn’t be flexing. If you are flexing money and not making six figures, then you shouldn’t flex. If you’re driving a luxury car and you’re making monthly payments you shouldn’t be flexing.

Be Humble

I get it sometimes you have to flex on the haters, but only do it if they’re testing you. Be humble and just know that you’re no better than anybody else. At the end of the day if you’re balling just know that there was a time in your life where you didn’t have money. No one is born with money in their pockets. Stop flexing on Instagram just to boost your ego and make people think you have it like that.

Ice Breakers? We Are In College I’m Not Here To Make Friends

Start The Class Already

This was my mindset in college. There were times when professors would make us do ice breakers. These icebreakers consist of an introduction of yourself and what’s our plan in life. Icebreakers are used so we can network around and get to know other people. Now I don’t have a problem with making friends, but I’m just saying that I’m not here to make friends. I’m here to get my education. Most of the time these people you meet will disappoint you or will slow you down from whatever you’re doing.

The Reason You Are In College Is To Get A Degree

Your friends will not get the college degree for you. You are in college to put in work and limit any distractions that might prevent you from obtaining that college degree. If you don’t put in work then you won’t get results. I’m not saying you shouldn’t make friends in college, but just be aware of your future. Just know in college it’s important to make friendships that are deeper than gossiping and drinking, smoking, and going out. If you do any of these activities it will drain you out later and you will have a reality check of what you’re doing in life. You should make friends who you can go get breakfast with, make friends who support your life goals and believe in you.

Why You Should Start Cutting People Out Of Your Life

1. Not Everyone Around You Is Your Friend

If I were to ask you how many friends would come and help you in a terrible situation? If your response is not many friends, then you’re on the correct path. You don’t have to be friends with everyone. In life, there will be people who help you in your difficult times and there will be people who left and put you in difficult times. You should know who your real friends are. Your real friends will always be there for you and the rest of the other people should be acquaintances.DJfBoC4W0AE0Yr2

2. The Less People You Hang Out With The Less Problems You Will Deal With

Having more friends around you will bring you problems rather than happiness. More often than not it’s the road to more problems. It’s already hard enough to know who your real friends are. Trust takes time to build and I know many of you have trust issues. Be careful who you trust or tell your problems to. Many people that you think are your friends can turn their back on you. You’ll live and learn, but just pay close attention.a25d736ae2748b65315301791947c7ed--people-change-good-people.jpg

3. Not Everyone Around You Is Interested In Seeing You Improve

This is the sad truth about it. If you’re doing something right, you’ll always have haters. These haters don’t want to see you win in life. Just make sure everyone in your friend circle is pushing you forward in life and not holding you back. If they are holding you back then you should cut them out of your life. At the end of the day people will wish you well, but will stab you in the back. Real situations will expose fake people.
